Bommarillu gets Filmfare award

The South Filmfare Awards were very different this year with the movies of top heroes failing to make a mark and movies like Pokiri and Bommarillu out performing the expectations of both industry and audience. This year was also a year of anticipation for Siddharth fans as his performance was no where below the award winning seniors. The movie Bommarillu not only was a complete family entertainer but was also a super hit at the box office. Its definitely an unforgettable experience for the fans.Bommarillu Film Fare Award

The best movie award was an obvious choice, the award went to Bommarillu. But the best actor award went to Mahesh Babu for his performance in Pokiri. Bommarillu could not have been such a big hit without the rock solid performaces of Siddharth and Jenelia but still we have to respect the decision of the judges. But the Best actress and Best director awards went to Genelia and Bhaskar for Bommarillu.

This was not the first time that a Siddharth movie bagged the top awards at Filmfare, last year Nuvvu Vastanante Nenu Vaddantana got the filmfare awards for Best Movie, Best Actress, Best Director, Best Music, Best Choregrapher, Best Male Playback singer, Best Choreographer and also the Best Actor award for our very own Siddharth.
